Old RA Comic Book and Poster

Editor's Note: This material is from an email sent to the North American Mission Board by Georgeann Forester. If you would like to contact Mrs. Forester, email foresterfamily@verizon.net. Enjoy!

My husband's grandfather, Fred Forester, was an RA director in Drexel, North Carolina in the 1940s ... back when they wore the felt arm RA patches. After going through a box of old pictures, I came across some old RA items and pictures. I was wondering if you had a historical section at your office and would possibly be interested in having any of these things - yours for the taking!

  • M. Theron Rankin comic book
  • RAs "Wanted" mini poster
  • Possibly (after I talk with my husband) a felt RA arm patch

I also have a group pictures of this RA chapter dating February, 1943 wearing their arm patches if you would like it also (we have two copies).
